Balikbayans and visa-free foreign nationals may now enter the Philippines without the mandatory quarantine for COVID-19.
A public advisory issued by the Philippine Consulate General in Los Angeles sais former Filipino citizens, including their foreign spouse and children, as well as visa-free foreign nationals from countries including the United States, may now enter the Philippines with the following documents:
– Proof of full vaccination, with some exemptions for children.
– Negative RT-PCR test taken within 48 hours prior to departure.
– Valid tickets for their return journey.
– Passports valid for at least six months. – Travel Insurance for COVID-19 treatment costs.
